April 3: Saginaw On Stage 2010. This 7th annual music festival presented by The Saginaw Rotary Club will take place at Apple Mountain, offering continuous entertainment on five stages from approximately 25 bands and performers. Expected acts include such crowd pleasers as Equinox, Laurie Middlebrook Band, Saucecats, Doodads, Tosspints, Cornpone, and Sprout. Musical styles run the gamut from alternative to bluegrass, blues, Celtic, Country, Folk, Fusion, Gospel, Jazz, Pop, Punk, Reggae, Rock, Western Swing and Zydeco. Mar. 12-14, 19-21: “I’ll Be Back Before Midnight”- Here’s the plot…Jan has recently had a nervous breakdown, and her husband Greg, an archaeologist, has rented an old farmhouse in the country where she can recover.  The old farmhouse is also near an archaeological dig where he can continue his studies.  When George, the hilarious farmer they rent the house from, tells stories about a terrible murder that one took place in the farmhouse and the ghost that reputedly stalks the night, Jan’s imagination gets fired up!  Appropriate for audiences 13 and older.  Friday & Saturday, 8pm, Sunday 3pm.  Cost is $18 and is held at Pit and Balcony Theatre, 805 N.
