Our 66th Annual Bay City St. Patrick's Day parade will honor and celebrate the coming of Spring, St. Patrick and all things Irish with parade featuring pipe bands, marching bands, creative floats, cars, and fun. Starts at Center & Park Avenues Downtown Bay City. 2 PM. Phone 989-686-6834.
