Hop Riot Beer Festival is a beer fest like none other Multiple Breweries and Wineries each bringing different types of beer, cider, seltzers and wine to Bay City Michigan Music provided by Lightnin' Licks Vinyl Preservation Society. 12pm-5pm."A Revolution is Brewing" in Downtown Bay City, Michigan.
