For some, the creative process starts at a very young age but truly doesn't come into fruition until the high school years. The Art Department at SVSU strongly supports this stage of creative development by high school students. This exhibition honors and celebrates the great creative work being done through the efforts of high school teachers and their students. The work in this exhibition consists of a variety of different mediums including photography, painting, ceramics, and drawings. The following are the high schools who will have students participating in this exhibition: Carrollton, Charlton Heston Academy, Hemlock, Heritage, Tuscola ISD and Unionville-Sebewaing Area High Schools. For more information contact the SVSU Art Gallery @964-2291 or visit their webpage @svsu.edu/artgallery. Artist Reception is Thursday, April 9th. 4 to 6 PM. Runs thru April 9th.
