3rd Annual Peace Expo & Peace Watch

The Third Annual Saginaw Peace Expo and Peace Walk will be held at the Montague Inn Bed & Breakfast. The event is presented by the Mridha International Institute of Peace & Happiness (MIIPH), a Saginaw-based organization dedicated to peace, education, and community. The Peace Expo happens from 4-5:00 PM and features various nonprofit organizations sharing information about their services. Saginaw Mayor Brenda Moore will issue a Proclamation to MIIPH on behalf of its efforts toward peace. The Peace Walk leaves Montague Inn at 5:30 PM and proceeds down Washington Avenue, returning for a 1-mile circuit. People are encouraged to walk with their friends, family, co-workers, or themselves.
