12th Annual Fast & Furious 5K Run/Walk

Join us for Great Lakes Bay Animal Society’s 12th Fast & Furriest 5K Run/Walk with (or without) your dog at Midland City Forest. There will be two chip-timed events this year. Over 300 participants are expected to attend. Runners and walkers come from throughout Michigan to participate with their dogs. This is a timed event with prizes, t shirts, and medals for first, second, and third place in male and female categories. You can run or walk, with or without your dog. Water stations are positioned along the trail. This is a family-friendly and kid-friendly event and the trail is stroller-friendly. Runners and walkers are encouraged to bring their canine companions and celebrate the special human-animal bond! Proceeds from this special fundraiser will directly benefit Great Lakes Bay Animal Society’s goal of providing quality veterinary care for animals in transition to their forever homes.
