Excellency Music Festival Returns to Bay City

National and local artists set to take the stage

Excellency Music Festival returns with its sixth festival at the Historic Masonic Temple in Bay City, Mich. Thirty nationally recognized and local artists are scheduled to perform on Aug. 13, 2022.

This year’s festival will feature alternative rock bands including headliners Knuckle Puck, Free Throw and Can’t Swim. Also performing are Rarity, The Sonder Bombs, Michael Cera Palin, Telltale, Forest Green, Last Night Saved My Life, Rare Candy, Safe Bet, Northbound, Sunsleeper, You vs Yesterday, Equipment, HEY ILY, Salt Creek, Daisyhead, Oolong, Bring Your Best, Convenient, Trash., Wolves & Machines, Brissette, Antighost, Darcy Moran, Something Missing, Claymoore., Fit The Bill, Car Crash Rhetoric, and Evan Oldenburg.

The festival kicks off at 11:00 a.m. where all ages are welcome to attend. Food trucks, refreshments, and local vendors will be available at the event. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $30 or the day of the festival at the door for $40. Additionally, balcony and general admission seats are available for $45.

Excellency Music Festival is a summertime staple for young adults in the Great Lakes Bay Region. Attracting hundreds of fans to the area from throughout the state and country, it serves as a unique display of the area’s art and music scene.
