It started out three years ago as a tribute to Marx Arlo Dundas, bass player of the seminal rock band The Mongrels, who was also a big part of the White’s Bar scene; and now the day is here for the start of the 4th Annual Memorial MARXFEST Festival, which is happening at White’s Bar today (August 19th) and tomorrow (August 20th). A portion of the proceeds will go to the American Diabetes Association. Admission is only $5.00. White’s Bar is located at 2609 State Street in Saginaw.
