Built in 2010, the 6.5-mile, self-guided, one-way auto route meanders past forests, grasslands, marshes, open water pools, and the Shiawassee River. At 15 mph, you will drive through the core of the refuge and witness the management practices used to attract large concentrations of wildlife.
