The Great Gatsby

Posted in: Theatre

The breathtaking glamour and decadent excess of the Jazz Age come to the stage in F. Scott Fitzgerald's classic novel, adapted by Simon Levy. Jay Gatsby pursues Daisy, the elusive love of his life while Nick Carraway is drawn into their world of obsession, greed and danger. In the end, we must ask ourselves: Is the American Dream obtainable, and, if so, at what cost to our soul? Friday & Saturday performances at 7:30 PM; Sunday matinees at 3 PM. Pit & Balcony Theatre, 805 N. Hamilton St., Saginaw. $20.00 admission. Phone 989-754-6587.
