You may have joined Libby Rapin at our Butman-Fish University Surviving to Thriving meditation. Now is your chance to join Libby for yet another Butman-Fish University special session that will include understanding how habits are formed with an interactive piece on learning how to create "tiny habits". Libby Rapin is a certified meditation coach through the Chopra Center in Carlsbad, CA. She has studied the topics of mindfulness, meditation and wellbeing under internationally renowned teachers such as Deepak Chopra, Jean Houston, Tony Robbins and Bob Proctor, to name a few.
