Fom director Isobel Coixet (My Life Without Me) comes this charming 2017 rumination on the pleasures of reading. A widow, played by Emily Mortimer, decides to open up a bookstore in a small seaside town in 1950's England but her location is desired by the village dowager, played by Patricia Clarkson, who's hoping to transform the location into a historical landmark.
