1st State Bank, WNEM TV-5 and Review Magazine realize that the future of our tri-city region is largely in the hands of up and coming generations that have the determination, drive, vision, and creativity to augment the resources we are blessed to have, while overcoming the modern challenges that confront us.
With this in mind, we are looking for nominations of people under 40 years of age who have made a considerable mark in their profession. Nominees need to either live or work in Bay, Midland, or Saginaw counties. Once nominated, the candidates will be contacted for details regarding their backgrounds. Multiple winners will be selected and honored at a special presentation tentatively planned for February.

* The primary qualification is professional success. Quality references will be important for all finalists. Community & non-profit service will be contributing factors.
* Once nominated, the candidate will be interviewed for more detailed information.
