Robert E. Martin has been designated as a worker who is necessary to “conduct minimum basic operations” of Bay Area Review Publishing company pursuant to Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s Executive Order 2020-21, “Temporary requirement to suspend activities that are not necessary to sustain or protect life,” effective on March 24, 2020.
Bay Area Review Publishing, Inc. has determined that Robert E. Martin is necessary to allow the business to maintain the value of inventory and equipment, ensure security, process transactions or facilitate the ability of other workers to work remotely.
