Jimmy Lodge and Nick Moutrey both ranked in the top 50 in the recent rankings for the 2013 NHL draft by NHL central scouting:

A press release from the Saginaw Spirit today, indicates two players are ranked very high in the recent rankings for the 2013 NHL draft which will be held in New Jersey this upcoming June. 
 
According to the press release, Saginaw second-year forwards; Jimmy Lodge, and Nick Moutrey are both ranked favorably in the recent rankings of North American skaters by NHL Central Scouting. 
 
Lodge, a 6’-2” 165 lb forward from Downingtown, Pa is ranked number 28 among North American players. Lodge is having a great season, scoring 14 goals, 20 assists, for 34 points this year. Lodge was selected -earlier this year- to play in the CCM/USA Hockey All American top Prospects game which took place September, 29 2012 in Buffalo, New York. The showcase tournament in Buffalo invited the top 40 U.S. born players expected to be drafted in the 2013 NHL draft. Lodge competed earlier in the summer at the USA Hockey Youth Select 17 Player development camp in Rochester, NY; where he recorded 3 goals and 4 assists to tie for second place in scoring for the entire camp. His great showing in Rochester earned Lodge a spot on the USA Under-18 team which competed at the prestigious Ivan Hlinka memorial tournament in the Czech Republic and Slovakia this summer.  The Ivan Hlinka memorial tournament is a showcase of the top players in the world under the age of eighteen, who will likely be selected in the 2013 NHL draft.
 
Nick Moutrey is a 6’-3” 208 lb forward from Shelburne, Ontario is ranked number 48 among North American players eligible for the 2013 NHL draft in New Jersey this summer. Moutrey, whose hockey skills have developed greatly under the coaching of Spirit head coach, Greg Gilbert, has learned to use his size to develop the physical style of play Gilbert wants in his young team. Moutrey has 13 goals and 17 assists for 30 points so far this season. Moutrey has been a key component in his teams recent five game winning streak. Moutrey and his line mates; Justin Kea and Jeremiah Addison have been one of the top producing lines for the Spirit as of late.  
 
The top-ranked North American player in the recent NHL central scouting rankings is Seth Jones, who plays for the Portland Winterhawks in the Western Hockey League. The WHL is western Canada’s equivalent of the OHL. Jones –son of former NBA star, Popeye Jones- was one of the best defenseman for Team USA and their recent Gold medal at the IIHF World Jr. Hockey Championship in Ufa, Russia.
