Join Lisa Treiber, Food Safety Educator of MSU Extension, to learn to successfully and safely use a pressure canner for low acid foods and a water bath canner or a steam canner for high acid foods. Bring your dial gauge canner lid if you would like to have it tested prior to class (optional). Chippewa Nature Center, 400 S. Badour, Midland. From 10 am to Noon.
