Motor City Icon, The Spirit of Detroit

2018 marks the 60th anniversary of Marshall Frederick's iconic sculpture, The Spirit of Detroit. We invite you to visit the museum to view the sculpture. Exhibition will feature four components: historical documents and photographs; Detroit ephemera and objects; short film; exibition of art by twenty artists. A video has been put together to welcome the arrival of the sculpture and can be viewed at the museum's website. Hours: M-F 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Sat. 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. SVSU, University Center.
