2024 Hobie Kayak Bass Tournament Series. The Hobie Bass Open Series (HBOS) exists so kayak anglers can enjoy the competitive atmosphere that tournament fishing has to offer. Launch: Veterans Memorial Park, Downtown Bay City. Fishing on August 10-11, 2024. Electric motors are allowed for competition. Dual motor power not allowed. Bay City is a host city for the thrilling 6th season of the Hobie Bass Open Series. 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM daily.
