The American Cancer Society's Bark For Life is a Relay For Life fundraising event that honors the care-giving qualities of canine companions. Bark For Life also gives us an opportunity to honor cancer survivors and to remember those who have lost their fight with the disease. There will be canine games, activities and contests! Event also includes special ceremonies for our cancer survivors and their canine companions. Registration and waiver form required for each dog participating. Registration fee $15.00 per dog. Two dogs per handler. All dogs must be on 7' or shorter leash. Central Park, 401 E. Nelson St., Midland. From 10 am to 1 pm. Registration fee: $15 per dog. Phone 989-495-3731.
