ART SEEN FESTIVAL presented by Public Arts Midland (an initiative of Midland Area Community Foundation). Observe and participate in large scale live mural creation on the parking lot wall, behind Little Forks Outfitters! The parking lot is accessible off McDonald Street, between East Main Street and East Larkin Street Live music 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM both days! 11 am to 9 pm.
