Yeah, yeah. I hear ya… For those who follow the sport of Motocross <MX>, I must apologize for slacking a little… This spread is finally coming more than a month AFTER the race, and all I can tell ya is: Hey, I have a day job… Thanks be to God, ya know?!? What else can I say? I think most of you racing privateers out there know what I’m talking about, right? You gotta be able to ‘pay to play’, baby! And besides, I had to go through over 200 hotazz pics, and hours of action-packed & candid, insider video, to narrow it down to these couplla few pics suitable for print. (alright, after you’re done reading then…I’ll remind you) K, anyone not yet familiar with the explosive growth that the exciting sport of Motocross is jumpin’, must have be living under that proverbial rock for the last 5 years. You know? Xgames stunts and stuff, Supercross & Motocross racing? The guys who you see doing tricks on ‘motorcycles’ on those couplla commercials? You see all those hotties walking around with the Foxâ shirts/hats/pants/shoes? (FOXâ brand = this sport) I’m telling you…check it out. You’ll be hooked right in. Alright now listen, SUPERCROSS: The Movie (PG-13) is out in the theaters by the time you are reading this…watch for those trailers on the tube, and just GO SEE THE MOVIE! I’ll try to review for you here soon, but I can tell you already: It’s hot and does a great job of capturing how sexy, speedy, and dirty this whole MX culture is. (And what you’re missin’ out on, if yer outta the loop still.) Plus, I might be in it! (I’m the blurry guy in a t-shirt, standing up near the finish line jump at the end, with the digi video cam…sportin’ a Fox cap…you can’t miss me!) Without further ahh-doo, here are some pics I picked, which barely begin to capture what a perfect ‘July in Michigan’ /awesome racing/family-fun-packed time that July 4th weekend at RedBud was. (And yes I know that was a big-time run-on sentence) Spill chucker sucks.
