This film has received rave reviews because it is so unique and passionate. McKay grew up in the 1960s in Indiana, so far from Broadway that he had to create in his imagination. When he finally became a writer & producer and saw live theater in New York, many stars had moved on. So he set out to find them with his camera and his unstoppable passion. Consequently, McKay recorded more than 250 hours of interviews with legends too numerous to mention. This is a film not to be missed! |
